小麦ふすまや小麦胚芽も含めた、小麦全体をまるごと独自の粉砕方法により、ふすまの食感は残しつつも旨味は最大限に引き出されているのが特徴です。
こちらの全粒粉で全量置き換えのテーブルロールなどをお作りただけます。（但し、小麦粉100%のパンのようなボリュームにはなりません。）
配合の割合を変えて、お好みの風味や食感などを見つけてください。
シンプルな配合の食パンやバゲットなどに、20％を全粒粉で置き換えていただくと「春よ恋」の風味を美味しくお楽しみいただけます。
※100％全粒粉で作られたパンは小麦粉100％のパンと同じようなボリュームになりません。
※小麦粉に対して内割で5〜20%を目安に配合してください。
